Automatic renewal reminders

Frequently asked questions about commercial contracts
Does this module also cover employees' employment contracts?
No. This module is for commercial contracts — with vendors, service providers, tenants, clients. Employment contracts and personnel documents belong to the HR and documents side of the app.
How do renewal warnings work?
A scanner automatically checks contract due dates and notifies you in advance, before expiry. That way you have time to renegotiate or terminate before a contract quietly auto-renews.
Can I track installments and staged payments on a contract?
Yes. On each contract you can add installments with a due date and an amount and mark them as paid; an unpaid installment due within 7 days triggers a notification to the contract's responsible person.
How do I know which contracts expire soon?
Each contract's status changes automatically to "expiring soon" or "expired" as the deadline nears. You flag nothing by hand — the contracts that need attention surface on their own.
