Privacy policy
Workly processes personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Employees' sensitive personal data (personal ID number, ID document, IBAN) is encrypted, access is role-based, and automatic deletion of documents at the end of the retention period is optional and switched on by the company's administrator. Email addresses left for the newsletter or to download document templates follow the rules in the section below.

Newsletter and document template downloads
- When you download a document template from the website, we ask for your email address. We keep it in our download records (which template, from which page, when) and we do NOT send you the newsletter based on it.
- You only get the newsletter if you explicitly tick the consent box — in the download form or in the subscription form. We keep proof of that consent: the text of the box, the date and time, and the IP address and browser at the time you subscribed.
- You can unsubscribe at any time, using the personal link at the bottom of every newsletter (it opens a page where you confirm) or by writing to us at the contact address below.
- For addresses collected through these forms there is no automatic deletion after a set period: we keep them until you ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe we keep your address marked as unsubscribed, so we don't write to you again, until you ask for it to be deleted.
- You can ask us at any time to erase your address: we anonymize it and it no longer appears in our records.
- We do not sell or rent email addresses.
